Booking your appointment on this site means you AGREE with the terms in the previous window. If you didn’t read it, please refresh the page and re-read it.  YOU WILL BE BOUND BY THE TERMS IN THAT AGREEMENT.

When you purchase an Elevations Salon Gift Certificate, a unique code will be sent to the recipient via email, or you can choose to print it out. Once an Elevations Salon Gift Card or Certificate code has been redeemed, it cannot be returned for cash value or transferred to another account. Elevations Salon Gift Cards or Certificate codes may be applied to eligible services on our website or at our salon. If your order total is less than your existing gift card or Elevations Salon Gift Card balance, the remainder of the balance will stay in your account’s gift card or Certificate balance to be used for future purchases. If your order total is more than your existing gift card or certificate balance, the remainder of your order total must be paid with a credit card.

Salon Policy and Cancellation Policies:

Thank you for considering Elevations Salon for your appointment. Please read before booking.

ATTENTION NEW CUSTOMERS, Due to the high incidence of theft, we regret to inform you that new clients are required to make FULL PAYMENT upon arrival before beginning your service. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. (If this is an issue, please find another salon for your hair care needs).

PLEASE NOTE: WE REQUIRE PAYMENT IN FULL OR A DEPOSIT AND A CARD ON FILE to reserve your appointment. (Gratuity can be made at this time). Cancelling and/or rescheduling must be done 24 hours prior to your appointment time. This should be done through your appointment confirmation email, otherwise you will be charged. If you cancel your appointment WITHOUT giving 24-hour notice, your card will be charged 50% of the service booked. If you contact the salon after you’ve missed your appointment time, you will be charged 100% of the appointment service, this is considered a NO SHOW! NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the service booked.

Once your service is complete and you have a concern or problem, you must notify your stylist before you leave the salon. Otherwise, Elevations Salon and all staff members associated with the said issue will not be held responsible and your concern or problem will be null and void. ALL FUNDS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

To maintain a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere for all our clients, we request that you refrain from using cell phones or earbuds at the shampoo bowl and steamer. If you need to use your phone, please use earbuds or step out of the treatment area to avoid disturbing other clients, stylists, or the salon atmosphere. Please note that if you are being disruptive or loud, you will be asked to leave, and service will not continue. You will still be charged for the entire service.
